The Crystal Collab is a fast-growing, sustainability-driven crystal business that specialises in pre-loved crystals. We are currently expanding into Canada and are looking for a self-motivated, social-media-savvy Area Manager to run our weekly Instagram Live Sales and manage local branch operations — all from home.
What You’ll Do
- Host weekly Instagram Live Sales, showcasing and selling high-quality pre-loved crystals.
- Engage with followers by posting regular content and responding to customer messages.
- Source and price new stock by purchasing crystals from private sellers and online platforms.
- Pack and ship customer orders, track deliveries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with Head Office to grow your branch’s audience, reach, and revenue.

What You Need
- Social media skills, preferably experience with Instagram Live.
- Confidence speaking and a passion for crystals.
- Excellent organisation and spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets).
- Reliable Wi-Fi, smartphone, laptop/tablet, and printer.
- A valid Canadian driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
Important Requirements – Please Read Before Applying
This is a fast-paced, self-directed role that requires both mental focus and physical capability.
Applicants must:
- Communicate clearly and professionally (spoken and written).
- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Be physically capable of lifting up to 55 lbs (25 kg) regularly.
- Work independently without supervision or accommodations.
- Be based in Canada.
This role is not suitable for:
- Those needing support with reading, writing, or processing information.
- Individuals uncomfortable with customer interaction or going live on camera.
- Applicants unable to manage physical tasks such as lifting, packing, and standing.

1. Is this a commission-only role?
Yes — but it’s not your typical commission job. We handle all the marketing and advertising, so you’re never left to build an audience on your own. There are zero out-of-pocket expenses — we cover the cost of crystals, packaging, and stationery. You simply get to enjoy buying beautiful crystals, going live, and connecting with a community that loves what you do. Full training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.
2. How much can I expect to earn per live sale?
Most new managers start by earning around $400 CAD per sale — based on approximately 15 hours of work per week. As your live sales gain momentum and your regular customer base grows, so does your income. There’s no cap on your earnings, and we’re here to help you grow every step of the way.
